Course schedule 

You can choose to attend this three-day course either online or on-site, depending on your preference.

Online

The online course is provisionally scheduled to take place from 9:00 to 17:00 (CET) on the following dates:

  • Option 1: 15–17 September 2025

  • Option 2: 7–9 October 2025

  • Option 3: 5–7 November 2025

  • Option 4: 10–12 December 2025

On-site 

The on-site course is provisionally scheduled to take place from 9:00 to 17:00 (local time) at the following locations:

  • Copenhagen: 13–15 October 2025

  • Milan: 19–21 November 2025

  • London: 3–5 December 2025

Please note that on-site courses may be converted to online format if the minimum number of registrations is not met.

  • Styles and detail of answering

DI-specific

  • Reading and analyzing the question
  • Sufficient legal basis
  • When is something relevant or not relevant
    DII-specific
  • Analyzing the client’s letter
  • Organizing the information using tools such as a timeline
  • Dealing with recurring problems such as public disclosure dates, invalid priorities, “first application”, insufficiency of disclosure, non-prejudicial disclosures, entitlement
  • Advising the client and improving his position
  • Recognizing  threats from the competitor

Materials

  • A book with sheets on DI and DII Methodology, D Methodology tools and templates
  • Materials for use at the EQE, including methodology flowcharts for DI and DII
  • Checklists and examples of phrasing
  • DeltaPatents’ own model solutions for the DI and DII papers practiced during the course
  • Where relevant, we will use WISEflow, giving you the opportunity to get familiar with the system used during the e-EQE

Course fee

  • 3-day Paper D Methodology online: € 1.490
  • 3-day Paper D Methodology onsite in Europe: € 1.765

Bundle Discount

If you register for the 3-day Paper D Methodology course as well as the 2-day Paper D Guided Exam and/or the 4-day Paper D Guided Trial Run course, you will receive a discount of € 200 for each extra course (on the course fee of the Guided Exam and/or the Guided Trial Run course). This offer only applies to courses taken in the same EQE year.

If you register for all four Methodology courses for Papers A, B, C, and D – or for the three Methodology courses for Papers A, B, and C together with the Paper D Distance Learning course – you will receive a €125 discount on the course fee of the last course for which you register. This offer is valid only for courses taken within the same EQE year.

Registration fee and VAT

You may register multiple participants for the same course within a single registration. However, each course requires a separate registration. 

  • If you book multiple courses individually on the same day, only one administrative fee of € 125 will apply. A consolidated invoice, including any applicable discounts, will be issued.
  • All fees listed above are exclusive of 21% VAT. If a valid VAT number is provided, VAT will be exempted.

When to register?

Both our onsite and online courses have limited participant slots. To ensure your place, we highly recommend registering as early as possible.

The online version of this course includes the shipment of physical materials, please register at least two weeks in advance, provided that seats are still available. Late registrations may result in delayed delivery of course materials. Note that digital copies of the course materials will not be provided if there are delays in the physical shipment due to late registration.
