Main Exam Paper D2 – EIPEF

This course is especially for candidates, having acquired sufficient knowledge in the Foundation module and the Main Exam Paper D1/M2 – EIPEF module. The candidates will be trained on focusing to use the knowledge in an efficient way in order to pass the exam. Particular emphasis is given to the Paper D Part 2 (Legal Opinion based on a client’s letter). This hybrid course features onsite introductory and paper discussion sessions in Utrecht, The Netherlands, followed by online mock exams in WISEflow, ensuring a flexible and comprehensive learning experience.

Training material

More than 400 overhead sheets introducing and explaining how to tackle D2.
A D2 workbook to help follow the methodology when practicing at home. Some of the elements are also suitable for use at the EQE itself.
Other materials for use at the EQE including a D2 checklist and A3 methodology flowchart for D2.
DeltaPatents’ own model solutions for the new format D papers practiced. Initially based on past EQE papers, they have been fully updated to incorporate the latest legal changes, and demonstrate how the DeltaPatents’ methodology has been applied.

An administrative fee of € 125 is charged for every booking. If more than one course is booked at the same time, only one administrative fee will be charged

Course Schedule

This hybrid course comprises three full-day and two half-day on-site sessions at the Aristo Meeting Center in Utrecht Lunetten, Netherlands, followed by two full-day online sessions. Below is a provisional course schedule.
